| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对老年高血压病患者血压的影响。方法选择住院的老年高血压病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各103例。对照组只接受普通门诊的随诊,试验组除坚持门诊的随诊外,还接受每月2~3次的护理干预。动态观察两组患者的血压情况,了解1年后2组患者对高血压防治的认知情况及血压控制水平。结果试验组患者对高血压防治相关知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者血压控制明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能够帮助老年高血压病患者更好的控制血压。
