| 摘 要： | 目的分析引起新生儿医院感染的危险因素,实行降低其医院感染发病率的护理措施。方法对我院4年新生儿科住院病例采取有序调查,排除误报与漏报,资料重新逐一登记,进行定性、定量分析。结果 4年来共收治新生儿4 785人,发生医院感染207例,通过采取有效的护理措施,新生儿医院感染率由2007年的4.2%降至2010年的2.1%,经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿医院感染发病率与新生儿病房布局流程、环境、医护人员、各种侵入性操作等因素密切相关,通过优化布局流程、加强环境物品的消毒、做好侵入性操作感染控制、严格无菌操作、强化手卫生等护理措施,能较好的控制新生儿医院感染的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the risk factors of neonatal infection and implement prevention and control measures in nursing.Methods By orderly surveillance,we statistic and analyse neonatal infection factors in neonatal unit within 4 years,ruling out false positives and false negatives.Results From 2007 to 2010,we treated 4785 newborns,207 cases of neonatal infection.Through effective nursing measures,neonatal infection rate fell down from 4.2% in 2007 to 2.1% in 2010,there were statistically significant(P<0.05).C... |
