妇科术后院内感染原因分析及护理对策

目的探讨妇科术后院内感染的原因及护理对策。方法对妇科手术后发生院内感染的123例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析患者的年龄分布、院内感染发生部位及与手术方式的关系。结果 123例患者中40～50岁的患者构成比明显高于其他年龄段的患者(P<0.01);腹部切口的发生率为52.8%,与其他部位感染的发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);开腹手术后发生院内感染的发生率为54.5%,明显高于其他手术方式(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论应加强院内感染的管理,合理使用抗生素,从多环节入手,有效降低院内感染的发生率。

Analysis of nosocomial infection in gynecological surgery and nursing measures
