| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法将小儿腹泻病例随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均采用西医常规治疗。治疗组加用中医疗法(穴位贴敷、推拿疗法)进行治疗。结果治疗组总有效率98.72%,对照组总有效率74.42%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论采用中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻疗效可靠,方便实用,可缩短疗程,减少并发症。
