中晚期肝癌介入治疗的疗效评价

目的：评价中晚期肝癌经肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞术（Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization，TACE）的治疗效果。材料与方法：47例原发性肝癌（PHC）病人，经TACE术后临床观察，对其生存期、AFP、影像学观察、副反应和并发症进行回顾性分析。结果：47例中临床症状改善39例，占82．99％；半年、1年、2年生存率分别为100％、58．5％（24例），22％（9例）。结论：肝癌的TACE治疗可达到缓解病情，减轻痛苦甚至延长生命的目的。

Evaluation of Interventional Therapy For middile and Advanced Stages of Hepatic Carcinoma

Purpose： To evaluate the curative effects of TACE for the patients with middle and advanced stages of hepatic carcinoma. Materials and Methods： 47 patients with middle and advanced stages of hepatic carcinoma, who received TACE, clinical data got through follow - up were analyzed retrospectively on life span, AFP, medical imageology, adverse reaction and complication. Results： The overall effective rate of the TACE patients was 82.99%. The survival rates of 0.5, 1 and 2 years were 100%, 58.5% and 22%. Conclusion： Intervention therapy is a effective therapeutic means for middle and advanced stages of hepatic carcinoma, and life quality and survival time obviously improved as a result.
