| 摘 要： | 目的评价成立老年病专科护理联络小组后，对老年患者吞咽障碍的护理康复效果。方法通过筛选，将48例伴有吞咽障碍的老年患者由联络小组成员，在常规治疗和护理的基础上，进行系统的评估和康复训练。结果康复前该组患者吞咽困难分级评分（3．06±1．06）分，康复3周后为（6．73±1．62）分（P〈0．01），明显改善了患者的吞咽功能。结论由老年病专科护理联络小组成员对老年吞咽障碍患者实施系统的护理康复计划，可有效地促进患者吞咽功能的恢复，体现了专科护士及联络小组成员的工作价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation training of patients with senile dysphagia after the establishment of specialized nursing liaison group of senile diseases. Methods By shifting, 48 patients with senile dysphagia were evaluated sytematically and given rehabilitation training by specialized nursing liaison group on the basis of treatment and nursing. Results The score of swallowing disorders was （3.06±1.06） before rehabilitation, and it was greatly improved after rehabilitation, which was （6.73±1.62） （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Performing systematic nursing rehabilitation plan of senile dysphagia by specialized nurses liaison group can promote the recovery of swallowing function effectively and reflect the work value of specialized nurses and members of liaison group. |
