中青年男性冠心病患者支架植入术前后性生活状况调查

目的了解中青年男性冠心病支架植入术后患者的性生活状况。方法采用自制问卷（内容包括年龄、文化程度、职业、月收入、烟酒史、家族史，患者术后的一般生活状况和性生活状况即患病前半年和术后6个月时的性欲强度、性生活次数、术后恢复性生活的时间、勃起功能障碍的情况、对性生活的焦虑程度等）由专人对114例中青年男性冠心病支架植入术后患者进行电话访谈。结果84．5％的患者对术后如何安全过性生活的知识不甚了解，并有85．7％的患者表示想了解或十分想了解此方面的知识，但是求助于医护人员了解性生活方面知识的人为0。手术前后性生活频率变化有统计学意义，手术后半年性生活频率明显少于术前半年（P〈0．001）。48．9％的患者表示术后性生活受到不同程度的影响，51．1％的患者认为性生活一点也不受影响。术后1个月内恢复性生活的患者，发生再梗死和未发生再梗死的比例两者相比尚不能认为差异有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论心脏康复的最终目的就是要改善患者的生活质量，而性生活恢复是生活质量改善的一个重要体现，特别是在中青年人群中更为突出。作为医护人员应重视CAD患者的性生活状况，把性教育列入疾病健康教育，给予患者及其配偶必要的性知识教育，帮助患者尽快恢复正常的性生活，提高生活质量，增强患者的自信心。

Investigation on Sexual Activities of Young and Mid-life Male Patients with Coronary Artery Disease before and after Coronary Stent Implantation

Objective To study the sexual activity of young and mid-life male patients with coronary artery disease （CAD） before and after coronary stent implantation. Methods 114 CAD patients after coronary stent implantation were interviewed by telephone by using the self-designed questionnaire which included age, education degree, vocation, income, family history, life conditions after operation, sexual desire 6 months before and after operation, times of sexual activities, duration of sexual activities, erection and worries about sexual life. Results 84.5% of the patients knew little about safe sexual life after operation, 85.7% of them were eager to know the knowledge, but none of them asked for help from medical stuff. The frequency of sexual life of patients after operation was much less than that of before operation, which had significant difference （P〈0.001）. 48.9% of the patients expressed that their sexual activities were influenced to different degree after the disease, and the others said that theirs were not influenced at all. It was still unable to consider that the difference was significant （P〉0.05） between the re-stenosis and non- re-stenosis of patients who resumed sexual life 1 month after operation. Conclusion The final target of the cardiac rehabilitation is to improve the life quality of the patients and the recovery of the patients＇ sexual activities is one of the important manifestations, especially for young and mid-life patients. The medical staff should think highly of the sexual life quality of the patients, giving the patients and the spouse necessary sexual knowledge, helping them to resume sexual life and boosting patients＇ confidence.
