临床医疗设备维修存在的问题及对策

随着新技术的不断发展，临床医疗设备在现代医院广为运用。但与之配套的维修工作却存在维修成本过高、维修时间过长、维修技术垄断、维修手段落后等诸多问题，文章从医院临床医疗设备的种种不良现象和问题入手，对当前医疗设备维修问题进行了成因分析，指出要高度重视医疗设备维修工作的现实意义，并提出了三个解决对策，试着从理论和实践角度探讨：如何使医院建立相对完善的医疗设备维修队伍，如何保障医院医疗设备的完好性和如何减少医疗设备的维修成本、增加医院经济效益等现实问题。

Problems and Countermeasures on maintenance of Clinical Medical Equipments

With the continual development of new techniques, the clinical medical equipments are widely used in modern hospital. However, the relative maintenance and repairing work has many problems, such as the high repairing cost, the too long repairing time, the technique monopoly and the repairing technique falling behind. This article starts with the repairing phenome-na and problems; analyzes its reasons and points out that paying great attention on the medical equipment repairing work has prac-tical significance. And also, three countermeasures are given. The article tries to discuss the realistic problems from theoretical and practical viewpoints, such as, how to build up a relatively complete medical equipments repairing team, how to keep the e-quipments'integrality, how to reduce the repairing costs and increase the hospital economic benefit.
