超声检查在胎儿畸形产前诊断中的应用

目的:探讨超声检查在胎儿畸形诊断中的临床应用。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院门诊及住院产前检查的4200例孕妇超声检查的临床资料,对所有受检者随访至产后1～7d。结果:4200例孕妇经过超声诊断检出胎儿结构畸形68例,引产及产后1～7d临床诊断的先天缺陷儿75例,超声诊断检出率90.67%,漏诊7例,漏诊率9.33%。其中神经系统及心血管系统畸形发病率较高,占42.67%;颜面部及肢体畸形漏诊率最高,占85.71%,且多为超声检查难于诊断的胎儿畸形。结论:对孕妇进行规范化的超声检查,对于降低漏诊率,减轻因盲目妊娠对孕妇、家庭及社会的负担,对优生优育具有重要的意义。

The application of hypersound in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformation

Objective：To approach clinical used of fetal anomaly diagnosis by hypersound. Methods： To retrospective analyze clinical data of 4 200 cases gravidas hypersound in our hospital. On all the reviewer follow-up to 1-7 days after delivery . Results： 4 200 pregnant after ultrasound detection of fetal malformations 68 cases. The midtrimester and 1-7 days after delivery of the clinical diagnosis of congenital malformation of 75 cases, ultrasound varilance 90.67%, missed diagnosis of 7 cases, the rate of missed diagnosis was 9.33%. Nervous system and the incidence of cardiovascular system malformation was higher, mark 42.67% ;perieyelid and limb deformities missed diagnosis of the highest, mark 85.71%, and more for ultrasonic inspection check the difficulty in diagnosis of fetal malformations . Conclusion： The canonical hypersound of gravidas,which decrease missed diagnosis rate,abatement burden of gravidas,kindred,social for blind pregnancy,which was actively significance for aristogenesis and well brood.
