| 摘 要： | 对孤立性肺结节的诊断仍是当前临床工作中的难点之一。借助于动态增强CT扫描，可以了解结节增强形态、增强幅度以及结节的密度随时间变化情况，进而判断结节的性质。就动态增强CT扫描技术具体操作环节及其对结节的诊断价值进行综述。

| Abstract: | The diagnosis of solitary pulmonary ndoules is still one of the most challenging works for modern medicine.Dynamic contrast-enhanced CT imaging can give us some information about the nodules' enhancement type,enhancement extent and their attenuation change with time.This is helpful for the ndoules' diagnosis.The review begins with the details of dynamic contrast-enhanced CT imaging and its value in the diagnosis of the nodules. |
