中医辨证治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察

[目的]观察中医辨证治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]本组48例患者采用常规治疗高优质低蛋白,低盐饮食,服用溶栓克糖胶囊(人参,黄芪,丹参,山药,水蛭,鹿茸,龟,黄精,地鳖虫,地龙,当归,杜仲适量成粉末筛分到胶囊中,每个胶囊含有粗药物0.3g)。观测糖化血红蛋白,甘油三酯(TG),C反应蛋白,MALB,白蛋白ALB。[结果]经2个月治疗后,显效22例;有效17例;无效9例。两者联合治疗不仅可以改善糖化血红蛋白,甘油三酯(TG),C反应蛋白,改善肾功能,并能显着降低MALB,白蛋白ALB。[结论]中医辨证治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Traditional Medicine in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect on early diabetic nephropathy treated by TCM syndrome differentiation.[Methods] 48 patients in this group with routine treatment of high quality low protein,low salt diet,taking thrombolytic grams of sugar ginseng,Astragalus capsule(Salvia miltiorrhiza,yam,leech,pilose antler,turtle,Huang Jing,ground beetle,earthworm,angelica,Eucommia ulmoides amount into powder sieving capsules,each capsule contains coarse drug 0.3g).Observation of glycosylated hemoglobin,serum triglyceride(TG),C reactive protein,MALB,ALB albumin.[Results] After 2 months of treatment,effective in 22 cases;17 cases;9 cases are invalid.The combination therapy can not only improve the glycosylated hemoglobin,serum triglyceride(TG),C reactive protein,improve renal function,and can significantly reduce MALB,ALB albumin.[Conclusion] TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with significant effect,is worth the clinical promoted.
