| 摘 要： | 目的观察肾移植术后早期肠内营养支持的效果。方法为27例肾移植患者提供早期肠内营养支持,观察术后第一周、第二周血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、肾功能的变化情况。结果术后第二周血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、肾功能明显改善。结论肾移植术后早期肠内合理营养支持,可改善病人营养状况,促进肾功能恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the early enteral nutrition results after renal transplantation.Methods: The changes of serum albumin,hemoglobin,renal function with early enteral nutritional support were observation after the first week and the second week in the 27 cases of renal transplant.Results: After the second week,serum albumin,hemoglobin,renal function improved significantly.Conclusion: After renal transplantation,reasonable early enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status of patients for renal fun... |
