丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛60例临床观察

目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗不稳定性心绞痛（UAP）的疗效。方法将106例UAP患者随机分为2组。对照组46例给予常规西药治疗,治疗组60例在常规西药治疗的基础上给予丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,于治疗前后观察心绞痛改善情况。结果治疗组的疗效高于对照组,经统计学检验,有显著差异,P〈0.05。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上,给予丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,能明显提高UAP的疗效。

Salvia Ligustrazine Treatment of Unstable Angina in 60 Patients

Objective Salvia Ligustrazine treatment of unstable angina pectoris （UAP） effect.Methods 106 cases of patients with UAP were randomly divided into two groups.Control group of 46 patients treated with conventional western medicine,the treatment group,60 patients in the conventional western medicine on the basis of TMP injection given Salvia,in the treatment of angina pectoris before and after the observation to improve the situation.Results The higher efficacy of the treatment group,the statistical test,there are significant differences,P0.05.Conclusion In the conventional western medicine,based on the given Salvia TMP injection,can significantly improve the efficacy of UAP.
