摘    要:为研究运动病的发病机制,采用绕垂直轴交替ha速、减速、旋转刺激等诱发大鼠运动病(MS)。通过高效液相色谱-电化学检测法测定大鼠旋转刺激前后及旋转刺激后停留0.5h和1h,其间脑和脑干内的单胺类神经递质-去甲肾上腺素(NA),肾上腺素(A),5-羟色胺(5-HT)及多巴胺(DA)的含量。并观察了大鼠接受旋转刺激前后的行为表现。结果表明,大鼠接受1h旋转刺激后,行为表现迟缓,活动减少,对外界刺激不敏感并有排尿排便行为。间脑及脑干内的NA水平明显下降,A和5-HT水平明显升高。大鼠脱离旋转刺激后停留0.5h和1h,以上指标都有恢复趋势。特别是停留1h的大鼠,脑内单胺类递质水平基本接近对照组。该结果提示:NA、A和5-HT可能是脑内参与MS发生过程中的重要递质。MS的发生与应激有关。

Abstract:Rats were used as an animal model in the study of motion sickness in- ducted by alternately accelerated and decelerated rotation around the vertical axis for 60 min. The monoaminergic nerve transmitter levels in the pons-medulla oblongata and di-encephalon of rats were examined with a high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC) with an electrochemical detector.The results showed :NA contents in the brain decreased significantly after 60 min of rotation, while A and 5-HT contents increased. There was a tendency for these indexes to recover when the rats staved half an hour or one hour after rotation,and the indexes in the group which stayed one hour after rotation approched those in the controls.The results suggest that NA, A and 5-HT in brain of rats may be the important nerve transmitters involved in motion sickness ,and that motion sickness may be related to the stress.
