| 摘 要： | 口腔恶性肿瘤切除后往往遗留较大的创面,常需带蒂肌皮瓣修复口底缺损,关闭创面并充填死腔。胸大肌肌皮瓣因其适应证广泛[1],常用来行部分舌或半舌以上切除的口底癌患者的舌再造术。然而有关其专科护理方面,特别是专科护理观察的报道甚少,我科2002年1月-2005年10月共收治7例实施

| Abstract: | Objective To study the postoperative nursing experiences about the tongue reconstruction with pectoralis major myocutaneous flap. Methods Summarized postoperative nursing experiences about the tongue reconstruction with pectoralis major myocutaneous flap for 7 patients. The nursing points included: the observation about the color of myocutaneous flap, the oozing of blood, the tumefaction, the respiratory tract nursing, the wound nursing, and so on. Results All the myocutaneous flap were survived, the function of tongues which have reconstructed were good. There were no complications occurred. Conclusion The key nursing points were the myocutaneous flap nursing, wound nursing and the respiratory tract nursing, which can effective guarantee the survival of the myocutaneous flap. |
