不孕症中医体质流行病学调查及相关研究

目的:探讨不孕症中医体质分布以及其与证候的相关性。方法:调查对象分为不孕症组200例和正常组212例,调查人员直接询问被调查者,填写《一般情况调查表》和《中医体质量表》,对2组进行体质测评。结果:不孕症体质类型主要为阳虚质、痰湿质、阴虚质,构成比分别为29.5%、20.0%和21.0%。不孕症组阳虚质、气虚质、阴虚质所占比例均高于正常组,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。肾虚证与阴虚质、阳虚质,血瘀证与瘀血质、阳虚质,肝郁证与痰湿质、湿热质,痰湿证与痰湿质相关程度较高;而气虚质与4种证候均相关。体质因素对不孕症证候的影响始终都是显著的,而气虚质与痰湿证、肝郁证、血瘀证、肾虚证的形成均显著相关。瘀血质仅与血瘀证密切相关,只易产生血瘀证候。结论:不孕症发病及其发病后的证候类型均与体质相关。

Epidemiological Investigation of Constitution of Sterility Patients
