正交试验法优选川射干的提取工艺

摘    要:目的:探讨川射干水提的最佳提取工艺。方法:以射干苷为检测指标,高效液相色谱法测定射干苷,采用正交试验考察各因素对射干苷含量的影响。结果:影响因素主要为浸泡时间,其次是加水量,再次是提取次数。川射干水提最佳提取工艺为药材加水量为10倍,浸泡时间为8小时,提取次数(每次2h)为3次。结论:水提取技术具有省时、高效、节能等优点,适用于川射干中射干苷的提取。

Abstract:Objective: To study the best extraction technology of Iristectorum Maxim. with water. Methods: Belamcandin is the tested ingredient that was measured by HPLC. The orthogonal test was adopted to examine the influence of the factors over belamcandin contents. Results: The influence factors were in order of soaking time, water capacity and the extract times.The best extraction technology of Iristectorum Maxim. by water is to add 10 times water and was soaked with 8 times,extract 3 times (2h of one time) 24 hours. Conclusion: The water extractive technology has the advantages of timesaving, highefficiency and energysaving etc, and it is suitable for the extraction of belamcandin from Iristectorum Maxim.
