| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨治疗瘢痕疙瘩的有效方法.方法 将瘢痕疙瘩完全或部分切除,拆线后1周局部注射药物(5-FU 糖皮质激素得宝松或曲安奈德加利多卡因),4周1次,共12次.停药后随访1年.结果 经过1年的治疗,28例瘢痕疙瘩患者,治愈16例(57.14%),显效10例(35.71%),有效2例(7.14%).经为期1年的随访观察,均无复发.结论 手术切除联合药物治疗是治疗瘢痕疙瘩的一种较好方法. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effective methods of treating keloids.Methods Keloids were excised completely totally or partly during operation,1 week after the stitches were taken out,scars were treated with intralesional injection of corticosteroid and low dose of 5-FU.Injection was given one time per four weeks for total 12 times.Results Total 16 of 28 cases were cured(57.14%),the rest were improved.There has no one recurrence in 1 year follow up.Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat keloids with excision and local injection of corticosteroid and low dose of 5-FU. |
