运动及补充芦荟对糖尿病大鼠血清抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:目的 :研究运动及补充芦荟对糖尿病大鼠血清抗氧化酶活性的影响。方法 :以注射链脲佐菌素诱导成年雄性SD大鼠成糖尿病模型 ,观察运动、补充芦荟、运动结合补充芦荟对糖尿病大鼠血清SOD、GSH -Px、CAT、MDA及胰岛素、血糖的影响。结果 :各干预组血清SOD、GSH -Px、CAT活性及胰岛素水平均显著高于糖尿病安静组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,MDA含量及血糖浓度显著低于糖尿病安静组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其中补充芦荟 +运动组较补充芦荟组和运动组也有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结果表明 :运动和补充芦荟均可提高糖尿病大鼠血清抗氧化酶活性 ,降低脂质过氧化程度 ,改善胰岛素和血糖水平 ,而以运动结合补充芦荟效果更显著。因此在糖尿病的治疗中 ,采用各种有效措施的综合疗法 ,易取得更为满意的疗效。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of exercise and a loe on serum antioxidant enzyme activity in diabetic rats. Methods Adult male Streptozotocin-diabetic rats were used as research subject. Afte r exercise, aloe and exercise combines aloe treated, the changes in SOD, GSH-Px, CAT activity, MDA contents, blood glucose and insulin were measured. R esults The level of SOD, GSH-Px, CAT activity and insulin of treated diabetic groups were significant higher (P<0.05), while MDA contents and b lood glucose were significant lower (P<0.05)than non-treated diabetic gro up.Similarly, the significant difference also existed between diabetic exercise combined aloe group and diabetic exercise group or sedentary diabetic aloe grou p(P<0.05). Conclusion Exercise and aloe could enhance ser um antioxidant enzyme activity of diabetic rats, reduce lipid peroxidative damag e and improve the level of blood glucose and insulin. Exercise combined aloe sho wed best outcome among all experimental groups. The combination of multifarious efficie nt treatments would obtain a satisfactory healing effect for diabetes.
