| 摘 要： | [目的]对斜视患儿的自我意识状况进行调查,分析影响斜视患儿自我意识的个体特征及父母亲特征,以便为斜视患儿的治疗和护理提供科学依据.[方法]选取2010年7月-12月在山西省眼科医院符合手术治疗标准的斜视患儿152例,应用一般情况和Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表进行调查,并对影响斜视患儿自我意识水平的因素进行分析.[结果]斜视患儿自我意识低下的检出率为15%,自我意识高的检出率为46%,自我意识总分为56.92分±10.57分,明显高于全国常模,自我意识水平偏高;三棱镜度数15°～25°组患儿幸福与满足因子得分明显高于三棱镜度数＜15°组和三棱镜度数＞25°组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);独生子女的自我意识水平明显高于非独生子女,且斜视患儿的自我意识随着父母亲文化程度的降低而呈现下降,尤其母亲的文化程度影响更明显一些.[结论]斜视患儿的自我意识水平较高,护理人员应重视患儿父母亲的文化程度、家庭环境对患儿自我意识水平的影响.
