| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在鼻咽癌放疗前行经导管动脉灌注化疗的临床应用价值.方法 43例鼻咽癌患者经颌内动脉和咽升动脉灌注化疗药物进行治疗,主要药物为顺铂、5-Fu和平阳霉素.术后一周常规放疗.以同期行单纯放疗的65例鼻咽癌患者作为对照组.结果治疗组与对照组完全缓解率分别为74.41%和60.0%.结论鼻咽癌放疗前行经导管动脉灌注化疗的安全、有效.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of intervention chemotherapy in treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) before radiotherapy.Methods Forty-three csses of NPC diagnosed clinically were treated with maxillary artery and ascending pharyngeal artery infusion(trans-femoral) of cisplatin,5-fluorouracil and Pingyangmycin.Radiotherapy was started one week after intervention chemotherapy.Sixty-five patients with advanced NPC treated with radiotherapy alone in the same period of time served as the control.Results At four weeks following completion of radiotherapy, complete response rates in the treatment and control groups were 74.4% and 60.0%, respectively.Conclusion Clinical application of intervention chemotherapy to NPC before radiotherapy is effective and safe. |
