| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴心律失常发作类型及病因机理。方法对我院收治的50例慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴心律失常患者心电图进行分析。结果慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者发生心律失常比例较高。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者心律失常发生与肺部感染,缺氧,电解质紊乱,肺动脉高压,年龄等因素密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate type,etiology and mechanism for COPD combined arrhythmias. Methods ECG of 50 cases of COPD combined arrhythmias in our hospital were analyzed. Results Rate of Arrhythmias in COPD patients were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects. Conclusion Pulmonary infection, HypoxicAnoxia, Electrolyte disturbance,Pulmonary hyper tension, age are close risk factor for COPD combined arrhythmias. |
