| 摘 要： | 目的研究孕龄对人工流产综合征发生率及术中出血量的影响。方法随机选择2000.2.1～2000.2.29在本院行人工流产术的患者120例，将其分为A组(孕龄<50天)及B组(孕龄≥50天)，比较两组人工流产综合征发生率及术中出血量。结果A组发生人工流产综合征16例(16/61)，B组2例(2/59)，术中出血量A组为27.73＋17.70ml，B组为39.71＋28.44ml，两组间上述两个指标均有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论孕龄是人工流产综合征发生率及术中出血量的影响因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of gestational period on the rate of artifical abortion syndrome and the volume of bleeding. Methods 120 cases of artifical abortion were enrolled randomizely in this study during February 1 to 29 of 2000. According to the gestational period, these patients were divided into two groups: A group( gestational period <50days) and B group( gestational period≥ 50days), the rate of artifical abortion syndrome and the volume of bleeding were analysed between the two groups.Results Artifical abortion syndrome were occured in 16 (A group)and 2 (B group) patients (p<0.05), the volume of bleeding was 27.31＋ 17.71ml in A group and 39.71＋ 28.44ml in B group (p<0.05). Conclusion Gestational period was the related factor for the rate of artifical abortion sydrome and the volume of bleeding. |
