氟康唑联合制霉菌素片治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效观察

目的探讨氟康唑联合制霉菌素片治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效。方法72例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者随机分为两组，比较两组的疗效及随访不同时间的复发率、不良反应。结果两组均取得了较好的临床疗效，观察组总有效率100．0％，对照组总有效率83.3％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组随访1、2、3个月后的复发率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论氟康唑联合制霉菌素片治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效确切，复发率低，不良反应少，值得推广和应用。

The efficacy of fluconazole combination with nystatin tablets in treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis

Objective To explore the efficacy of fluconazole joint nystatin tablets in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC).Methods Seventy-two VVC patients were randomly divided into two groups,the efficacy and recurrence rate which follow-up at different times and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Both groups achieved a better clinical effect,total effective rate of observed group was 100.0%,the total efficiency rate of the control group was 83.3%,difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05),the observation group were followed up for a month,two months,three months after the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group,there was significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Fluconazole joint nystatin tablets in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis has definite efficacy,lower recurrence rate,fewer adverse reactions,it is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
