三维适形放疗联合动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的疗效观察

目的探讨三维适形放疗联合经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法随机将2008年11月至2011年11月住院治疗的130例原发性肝癌患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各65例。对照组患者行经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗，观察组患者在三维适形放疗后再行经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效和药物不良反应情况。结果观察组患者总有效率（78．5％）明显高于对照组的（61．5％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而对照组和观察组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论三维适形放疗联合经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌疗效确切，安全高效，不良反应少。

Research on three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in the treatment for primary hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment for primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods 130 cases of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinomawho were treated in our hospital from November 2008 to November 2011 were collected,then patients were divided into control group and observation group by using a random number table,patients in the control group was given transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,and patients in the observation group was given transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy,the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of each group was evaluated.ResultsThe clinical efficacy was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(78.5% vs 61.5%),there were no statistical differences in adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment for primary hepatocellular carcinoma can obtaine satisfactory curative effect,it is safe and reliable.
