摘    要:目的:建立HPLC法测定头孢呋辛酯中高分子聚合物的方法.方法:采用聚苯乙烯-二乙烯苯共聚物(分子量使用范围< 10000)为填充剂的色谱柱;0.030 mol·L-1 LiBr溶液为流动相;流速为0.33 mL·min-1;检测波长为280 nm;进样量为20μL.结果:头孢呋辛酯在0.104~0.304 mg·mL-1范围内,溶液浓度与聚合物峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Y=353576X-3182.2(r=0.9998),检测限为0.068 ng.结论:本方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,克服了传统聚合物检测方法分析时间长,无法检测脂溶性样品的缺点.可以用于测定头孢呋辛酯、头孢呋辛酯制剂及其它脂溶性抗生素中高分子聚合物.

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for determining the polymers in cefuroxime axetil by HPLC.Methods: The chromatographic column was packed by the copolymers of polystyrene and divinyl-benzene(the molecular weight was less than 10000);the mobile phase was composed of a 0.030 mol·L-1 LiBr solution;the flow rate was at 0.33 mL·min-1;the detection wavelength was at 280 nm;the injection volume was 20 μL.Results: The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.104~0.304 mg·mL-1(r=0.9998),the detectability was 0.068 ng.Conclusion: The method is simple,quick,sensitive and reproducible.It can be used to determine the polymers in cefuroxime axetil,cefuroxime axetil preparations and other liposolubile antibiotics.
