摘    要:农村教育信息化发展的评价指标已经得到较充分的阐释,但对各指标应有的权重却较少研究,尤其缺少一线教师的声音。文章请农村信息技术教师对各评价指标的重要程度予以判定后,运用层次分析法对其信息化发展的权重值进行了初步探索,研究表明人才队伍培养和管理制度软环境建设应是当前处在技术应用阶段的农村教育信息化发展所存在的主要问题。

Abstract:Although the evaluation indexes of IT development in rural education have been relatively fully interpreted,few studies have been done on the weight of these indexes,and much less from teachers’ views.We asked some IT teachers from rural areas about the importance of these indexes and calculated the importance degree of the indexes by the analytical hierarchy process method.Results show that the teaching team construction and management system building are the major problems for IT development in rural education,which is in its application stage.
