摘    要:目的 探讨PBL(Problem-Based learning)案例教学法对中医眼科学本科教学效果的影响.方法 中医眼科学各论的教学内容以PBL案例教学模式讨论为主,建立10个学习模块.中医专业五年制学生32人,中西医结合专业学生48人,七年制中医专业学生78人,围绕10个学习模块选择其中的5个专题,每个专题按学生人数分组,每小组各15人分别进行教学.课程结束后进行闭卷考试和问卷调查,并做数据分析.结果 1.平均成绩:中西医结合临床专业72.66分;中医专业74.78分;中医七年制82.27分.2.问卷调查:3个专业中均以认为PBL案例教学法效果较好的人数最多.结论 中医眼科学PBL案例教学法能提高学生的学习积极性和主动性,引导其进行纵向学习,并有利于教师实施横向教学,指导专题性的学习.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of problem-based learning method on the quality of undergraduate teaching of Ophthalmology of Chinese Medicine.METHODS The contents of Ophthalmology of Chinese Medicine were divided into 10 subjects based on the approach of PBL.Thirty-two students majored in 5-year-programme Chinese medicine,48 students majored in integrated Chinese and western medicine,and 78 students majored in 7-year-programme Chinese medicine were enrolled in this study.Five subjects were chosen from the 10 subjects.The students were divided into groups according to the total number and 15 students were included in each group.The scores of final examinations and the data of questionnaire were analyzed.RESULTS The mean scores of students majored in integrated Chinese and western medicine,in Chinese medicine and 7-year-programme Chinese medicine were72.66,74.78 and 82.27 respectively.The questionnaire study showed that students in all of the three classes considered PBL teaching method a good one.CONCLUSIONS PBL teaching method can enhance the learning activeness of the students and promote the skills of the teachers.
