雷贝拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗反流性食管炎60例临床观察

目的观察雷贝拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组予雷贝拉唑20mg，每日1次口服，莫沙比利5mg，每日3次口服；对照组：法莫替丁20mg每天2次口服，莫沙比利5mg每天3次口服，两组疗程均为8周，8周后全部复查胃镜。结果治疗组临床总有效率为96．6％，对照组为78．3％，两组间差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论雷贝拉唑联合莫沙比利比法莫替丁联合莫沙比利具有更好的疗效。

Rabeprazole combined with Mosapride on reflux esophagitis: clinical observation of 60 cases

Objective To investigate the effect of rabeprazoloe combined with mosapride on reflux esophagitis.Methods 120 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups.In treatment group,60 patients were given rabeprazole 20 mg,one time a day taken by mouth and mosapride 5 mg,three times a day taken by mouth,while in control group,60 patients were given famotidine 20 mg,two times a day taken orally and mosapride 5mg,three times a day taken orally.The treatment course of two groups was all 8 weeks.Gastroscope was performed in 8 weeks to observe the effective rate.Results The clinical effective rate in treatment group was 96.6%,while 78.3% respectively in control group.The differencebetween the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with mosapride showes a better clinical efficacy than famotidine combined with mosapride in treatment of reflux esophagitis.
