| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗NAFLD脾虚湿阻型患者的疗效及安全性。方法选择我院确诊非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝并辨证为肝脾虚湿阻型的患者60例随机分为两组各30例，观察其治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率83.3％，明显高于对照组66．7％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论健脾祛湿汤治疗NAFLD效果良好，可明显改善肝功能，其疗效可能与调节血脂、血糖等作用有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpiqushi Tang for patients with nonalcoholic liver disease(NAFLD).Methods 60 cases of Pixushizu Xing patients with NAFL were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.And the treatment efficacy was evaluated.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 83.3%,the control group was 66.7%,compared with the control group the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Jianpiqushi Tang can improve liver function,and it’s efficacy possibility is associated with regulation of blood lipid and blood sugar. |
