| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨医护分开、护理病区跨科收治病人的管理模式,为改进临床护理工作提供依据。方法：通过总结医护分开、护理病区跨科收治病人存在的风险因素,总结经验,提出风险管理对策,制定切实可行的管理措施。结果：医护分开,跨科收治病人,实现了全院床位资源共享,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益;全院无一例跨科纠纷案例。结论：护理管理由原来的发生问题再处理到能积极地去预测,重视风险防范,注重管理的前瞻性,增强了护理人员的管理意识,为今后标准化护理单元的实施提供了有效的模式。

| Abstract: | objective： To explore the management model of independent nursing unit, and improve clinical nursing process. Methods We analyzed the risk factors of receiving patients in independent nursing unit, and brought up management strategies and practical measures. Results： All clinical beds resources were shared after receiving patients in independent nursing unit. Both economic and social benefits were got from this management pattern while without one case of medical dissensions. Conclusion： Nurse Managers should become more proactive instead of reactive to prevent bazard. Our experiences could promete the management level and social image of nurses, and also provide effective method to run standardization nursing unit later on. |
