| 摘 要： | 血栓前体蛋白(TpP)是血栓形成过程中的一个重要产物。血浆TpP水平检测对心血管疾病的诊断与治疗监控有一定的价值。现就TpP在急性心肌梗死、不稳定型心绞痛和心房颤动中的诊断,瓣膜置换术后抗凝监测中的应用作一综述。

| Abstract: | Thrombus precursor protein(TpP)is a kind of important production of thrombogenesis.The level of blood plasma TpP is valuable of diagnosis and treatment in patients with cardiovascular disease.In the article,we review the application of TpP in patients with acute myocardial infarction,unstable angina and atrial fibrillation and the monitoring of anticoagulation after mechanical heart valve replacement. |
