当归四逆汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

目的探讨当归四逆汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法本研究于2011年1月～2012年1月对收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用当归四逆汤治疗,并与仅采用常规治疗的对照组进行临床疗效对比研究。结果两组患者在治疗后腓总神经、胫神经、腓浅神经传导速度均较治疗前明显提高,另外,研究组治疗后与对照组治疗后比较亦有明显差异,且差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗后临床疗效明显优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当归四逆汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效显著,改善神经传导速度,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical study of Dangguisini soup treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Dangguisini soup treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods The study on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients admitted from January 2011 to January 2012 with Dangguisini soup treatment,and only with conventional therapy control group comparative study of clinical efficacy.Results: The two groups of patients after treatment and peroneal nerve,tibial nerve,superficial peroneal nerve conduction velocity than before treatment was significantly improved;In addition,the study group after treatment also significantly different from control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group after treatment,clinical efficacy was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The efficacy of Dangguisini soup treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy significantly improve nerve conduction velocity and it is worthy of clinical use.
