奥施康定治疗癌痛疗效观察

目的:观察奥施康定治疗中重度癌痛的疗效。方法:采用开放试验方法,对100例中重度癌痛患者进行治疗。奥施康定初始剂量10mg.12h-1,并根据疼痛缓解程度调整剂量。结果:100例中重度癌痛患者使用的奥施康定最小剂量10mg.12h-1,最大剂量40mg.12h-1;治疗效果:轻度缓解3例(3.0%),中度缓解12例(12.0%),明显缓解65例(65.0%),完全缓解20例(20.0%),中度以上疼痛缓解率97.0%。不良反应有:便秘12例,胃部不适、恶心8例,嗜睡5例,眩晕1例。结论:奥施康定治疗中重度癌痛疗效确切,有效率高,不良反应轻,现已应用于临床。

CURATIVE EFFECT OF OXYCONTIN ON CANCER PAIN

Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of Oxycontin on moderate and severe cancer pain. Methods:Opening experiment; 100 patients with moderate and severe cancer pain were selected. Oxycontin was administered at an initial dose of 10 mg every 12 h and titrated upwards according to the extent of pain relief. Results:The lowest and highest doses administered were10 mg·12 h-1 and 40 mg·12 h-1, respectively. Among the 100 patients suffering moderate and severe cancer pain, three(3.0 %)achieved slight pain relief; 12(12.0 %)got moderate pain relief, 65(65.0 %)had obvious relief and 20(20.0%) relieved completely. The total effective rate of moderate pain relief to complete relief was 97%. The adverse drug reactions were constipation(12 cases), feeling uncomfortable in stomach and nauseating (8 cases), sleepy(5 cases) and dizzy(1 cases). Conclusion:Oxycontin works on quickly,safely and effectively with comparatively slight adverse drug reactions in the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain,which is now used in clinic.
