112例围手术期抗菌药物应用调查分析

目的了解泌尿外科围手术期抗菌药物使用情况，为合理用药提供参考。方法抽查泌尿外科手术出院病历112份，填写患者基本情况和用药情况调查表并进行统计分析。结果Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类切口手术预防用药率为100％，Ⅰ类切口手术存在预防用抗菌药物品种高选、抗菌药物使用时间过长等问题。结论112例泌尿外科围手术期抗菌药物应用绝大多数合理，但需注意用药应以预防为主，并加强监管力度，规范用药时间。

Analysis of Perioperative Antibiotics Use in 112 Cases of Urinary Surgery

Objective To understand the prophylactic antibiotics use on perioperation in urinary surgery, and to provide reference for rational drug use. Methods The medical records of 112 discharged cases of urinary surgery were checked randomly, and the questionnaires about the general data and medication of the patients were filled out. Then the collected data were analyzed statistically. Results The prophylactic drug use rate in type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ incision operations reached to 100%. The high rate of prophylactic drug use and the prolonged prophylactic drug use were the problems existed in Type Ⅰ incision operation. Conclusion Most of antibiotic uses in these 112 cases were rational. The administration of prophylactic antibiotic use needs to be strengthened and the use time also should be standardized.
