ND:YAG激光治疗阻塞性泪道疾病的对比观察

本文报告了Nd:YAG激光治疗各种阻塞性泪道疾病103例167眼，其中泪小狭窄3例6眼，治愈6眼，治愈率100%；泪小管及泪总管阻塞35例59眼，治愈50例，治愈率84.7%；单纯鼻泪管阻塞25例40眼，治愈35眼，治愈率87.5%；慢性泪囊炎37例62眼，治愈51眼，治愈率82.3%。该方法是将导光纤维插入泪道腔内，用激光从腔内切除瘢痕，息肉等阻塞物，疏通泪道，恢复导泪功能，具有操作简便，组织损伤小，再通效果好。颜面部不遗留瘢痕，治愈率高等特点。经临床观察未见严重并发症，是一种理想和有前途的治疗方法。

Nd: YAG laser treatment for obstructive diseases of the lacrimal duct

patients (167 eyes) with obstructive lesions of the lacrimal duct were treated by endolacrimal Nd:YAG laser irradiation. Among them, 56 of 65 eyes (86%) with the obstruction of lacrimal duct, 35 of 40 eyes (87.5%) with the obstruction of nosolacrimal duct and 52 of 62 eyes (82.3%) with chronic dacryocystitis were successfully cured. An optic fiber was inserted into the lacrimal duct via the meatus reaching the site of obstruction, the lesions such as scars of polyps and so on were abolished by laser vaporization. The procedure caused considerably less surgical trauma and was no facial scar formation that is unavoidable if a surgical dacryocystorlinostomy was performed. The success rate was high and no obvious complications. We would, therefore, suggest that the new therapeutic modality is worthy for the treatment of this type of lesions.
