| 摘 要： | 目的：总结贲门周围血管离断术治疗门脉高压症的疗效。方法：采用贲门周围血管离断、胃小弯浆膜化治疗门脉高压症。结果：37例门脉高压症患者术中（择期手术27例、急诊手术10例）无一例死亡,术后随访1～5年,无一例再出血。结论：贲门周围血管离断术是基层医院治疗门脉高压症的一种操作简单、近期及远期疗效满意的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the effect of the pericardial devascularization for the patient with portal hypertension.Methods:The cases underwent the operation of pericardial devascularization.Results:In the total 37 cases involved in operations,27 cases were in time selecting operation,10 cases were in emergency operaions,and no death occurred.In the 1-5 years of follow-up,no rehaemorrhagia was found.Conclusion:The operation of pericardial devascularization is an ef-fective treatment in public hospital. |
