| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MR弥散加权成像（DWI）的表观弥散系数（ADC）值和骨髓对比率对脊柱转移瘤的诊断价值。方法脊柱占位性病变组和正常对照组各40例,均进行MRI常规扫描和b值为500 s/mm2的DWI,测量ADC值和骨髓对比率。结果椎体转移瘤病灶的ADC值比正常椎体高（P〈0.05）,DWI骨髓对比率高于常规MR增强扫描（P〈0.05）。结论应用DWI的ADC值和骨髓对比率可提高对脊柱转移瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnosis values of apparent diffusion coefficients（ADC） value and marrow contrast ratio of diffusion weighted MR imaging（DWI） in vertebral metastases.Methods Forty patients with vertebral metastases and healthy controls were performed with conventional MRI and DWI with b=500 s/mm2.ADC value and marrow contrast ratio were measured.Results ADC value of lesions was significantly higher than that of normal vertebral as the same imaging parameters（P〈0.05）.Marrow contrast ratio of DWI was significantly higher than that of contrast MRI（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of ADC value and marrow contrast ratio of DWI can greatly improve the ability to differentiate from vertebral metastases. |
