国产洛哌胺对胃肠运动及肠肌电的作用

摘    要:国产洛哌胺抑制小鼠胃肠运动的ID_(50)为0.957mg/kg,抑制组织胺引起离体豚鼠回肠的ID_(50)为0.765mg/L,分别比吗啡的抑制作用强10.85和22.18倍。洛哌胺2mg/kg使清醒大鼠十二指肠、空肠和回肠的肌电峰电位振幅明显减少,持续2小时仍未见有所恢复,大剂量洛哌胺并不引起吗啡样行为反应,结果表明洛哌胺是一高效、安全的胃肠运动抑制剂。

Abstract:In the "Charcaol test", the ID5O of loperamide was found to be 0.957 mg/kg s. c. loperamide is an agent devoid of morphinelike behavior, even at toxic dose level (80mg/kg s. c. ). It has a potent antagonist action upon histamine-induced contraction of the guinea-pig ileum and can decrease the amplitude and number of spiks of duodenum, ejjunum and ileum myoelectrical activity. It is also a potent and safe inhibitor of gastro-intestinal motilily.
