| 摘 要： | 目的评价输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管中下段结石的临床疗效。方法采用气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管中下段结石。结果输尿管中下段结石83例,78例碎石成功,术中1例出现输尿管穿孔,2例结石上移至肾盂内,成功率92.7%。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管中下段结石成功率高、并发症少,是治疗输尿管中下段结石的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of swiss lithoclast under ureteroscop in the treatment of 83 cases of middle and lower ureteral stones.Methods 83 patients were treated with swiss lithoclast under ureteroscop.Results Of 83 cases,78 were treated successfully,ureteric perforation occurred in 1case,stones went into kidney in 2 cases,the cure rate was 92.7%.Conclusion Swiss lithoclast under ureteroscop is very effective and has less complications,which is a suitable choice for middle and lower ureteral stones. |
