2007年海阳市托幼机构环境卫生状况调查

[目的]掌握海阳市托幼机构环境卫生状况,探讨相关的监督监测方法。[方法]2007年8月,对海阳市城乡45家托幼机构教室、寝室、玩具、幼儿教师的健康情况进行检查检测。[结果]45家托幼机构的寝室空气污浊、卧具较脏;检测教室135间,空气细菌总数合格率为63.70%,其中农村的为59.26%;检测教室物体表面405份,细菌总数合格率为15.56%,其中农村的均不合格;检测儿童水杯270份,大肠菌群合格率为60.37%,其中农村的合格率为42.59%;检测寝室90间,空气细菌总数均超标;检测卧具540份,细菌菌落总数均超标。幼儿教师健康查体率城区为90.57%,乡镇为20.87%,农村的均未体检。[结论]海阳市城乡托幼机构卫生状况令人担忧。

Investigation of Health Supervision and Inspection on Environmental Health in Nurseries in Haiyang City in 2007

[Objective]To understand the status of environmental health in nurseries in Haiyang,explore related supervision and inspection method.[Methods]Classrooms,rooms in dormitories,toys and the status of teachers' physical examination of 45 urban and rural nurseries were tested in August,2007.[Results]The room air of 45 rooms of dormitories was dirty and the beddings were not clean.Of the 135 classrooms tested,the qualified rate of the total amount of bacteria in air was 63.70%.The qualified rate was 59.26% in the classrooms in rural area.405 samples collected from the object surface of the classrooms were tested,the qualified rate of total amount of bacteria was 15.56%,the samples collected from rural area was unqualified.Of the 270 cup samples tested,the qualified rate of coli group was 60.37%.The qualified rate was 42.59% in rural areas.Of the 90 rooms of dormitories,the total amount of bacteria in air was over the standard.540 beddings were tested,the total colony of bacteria was over the standard.90.57% and 20.87% of the teachers from municipality or towns had physical examination,but no teachers from rural areas had physical examination.[Conclusion]The hygienic status of the nurseries in Haiyang was terrible.
