| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肺癌患者并发肺部真菌感染的危险因素。方法：对1997年7月至2000年12月收治的231例肺癌患者发生的肺部真菌感染56例进行调查。结果：56例长期应用抗生素治疗，行放疗或化疗52例（92．86％），30例（53．57％）曾运用糖皮质激素，死亡16例（28．57％）。结论：肺癌本身、化疗、放疗、长期应用抗生素及糖皮质激素是肺部真菌感染的危险因素。

| Abstract: | o Objective: To investigate the factors in complication of mycoctic infection of lung in lung cancer patients.Methods: A survey was made of 56 lung cancer patients with mycoctic infection of lung out of 231 lung cancer patients admitted from July 1997 to December 2000.Results Fifty-six patients (100 %) had a long-term use of antibiotics,52(92.86 %) had radiotherapy and chemotherapy,30(53.57 %) were given glucocortioid hormone,and 16 (28.5 %) died.Conclusion Cancer of lung,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,long-term use of antibiotics,glucocortioid hormone may be factors in complication of mycoctic infection of lung. |
