两种麻醉方法在剖宫产手术中的效果比较

目的：探讨腰一硬联合麻醉（CSEA）应用于剖宫产术中的临床效果与安全性。方法：对72例需行剖宫产术产妇分别实行CSEA和硬膜外麻醉（EA），监测并记录血压、心率和不良反应。结果：两组产妇的血压均有所降低，治疗组收缩压、舒张压均明显下降（P〈0．05）；对照组在手术牵拉时心率减慢较明显，与术前及对照组比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。两组均无明显不良反应。结论：CSEA综合了脊麻以及硬膜外阻滞的优点，对剖官产者做好术前准备，完善术中各项监测和麻醉处理，CSEA麻醉是安全、平稳、可行的。

Effect of two kinds of anesthesia in cesarean section surgery

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects and safety of the combined spinal-epidural anesthesia （CSEA） in cesarean section. Methods： 72 cases of delivery women with cesarean section were introduced to use CSEA and epidural anesthesia （EA）. And to monitor and record blood pressure, heart rate and adverse reactions. Results. The two groups of patients had lower blood pressure, treatment group with systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly （P〈0.05）, the heart rate of control group was lower during surgery traction, there was a significant difference compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. The two groups had no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion： CSEA combination of spinal anesthesia, as well as the advantages of epidural anesthesia for cesarean section in patients with good preoperative preparation, and improve the monitoring and intraoperative anesthetic management, CSEA anesthesia is safe, stable and feasible.
