超声对高血压患者动脉弹性的检测

目的探讨超声评价动脉弹性的意义。方法选取原发性高血压患者80例，使用美国惠普公司SONOS-5500型GEL5彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，以颈动脉横断面顺应性和容积扩张性作为评价大动脉缓冲功能的指标。结果高血压组无论在收缩期、舒张期其内径均大于对照组，而相对及绝对内径均小于对照组。横断面顺应性和容积扩张性均小于对照组。差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论随着血压的增高，动脉内径增宽其弹性逐渐降低。超声检查为临床提供了一种无创、简便、可动态评估高血压患者动脉弹性的方法。

Ultrasonographic study of large artery distensibility in hypertension patients

[Objective] To explore large artery distensibility in patients with essential hypertension.[Methods] using HP-5500,GE L5 ultrasound with a high-resolution(7.5 MHz)probe.80 patients with hypertension were selected.Carotid cross-sectional compliance and volume distensibility were used as indices to reflect large arterial buffering function.[Result] The diameters in systolic and diastolic period of hypertension were much higher than those in control group.Relative and absolute diameters were much lower in the group of hypertension.Carotid cross-sectional compliance and volume distensibility were significantly lower(P <0.01 respectively)than the control group.[Conclusion] Large arterial diameter distended and elasticity decreased with blood pressure rising.It could be used as an important no-invasive,simple,repetitive measurement index to evaluate large artery distensibility in patients with essential hypertension.
