高渗盐水联合特布他林雾化吸人治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的观察及护理

目的 探讨雾化吸入3%高渗盐水联合特布他林治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效及护理。方法 将46例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组23例,雾化吸入3%高渗盐水加特布他林2.5mg bid直至出院；对照组23例,雾化吸入生理盐水加特布他林2.5mg bid直至出院,比较两组患儿症状及体征的改善情况及住院时间。结果 治疗组患儿咳嗽、喘息和肺部体征缓解时间及住院日均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论 雾化吸入3%高渗盐水联合特布他林治疗毛细支气管炎,并辅以积极有效的护理,可提高疗效,缩短病程,改善预后。

Hypertonic saline combined with terbutaline aerosol inhalation in the treatment and nursing of capillary bronchitis

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and nursing of aerosol inhalation of hypertonic saline and terbutaline in the treatment of bronchitis.Methods 46 cases of capillary bronchitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.There were 23 cases who atomization inhalation of 3% hypertonic saline and terbutaline( 2.5 mg bid )until discharge in treatment group.And at the same time, 23 cases who atomization inhalation of physiological saline and terbutaline(2.5 mg bid) until discharge in the control group.Then the symptoms and signs of improvement, and time of hospital stay were compared in the two groups.
