摘    要:目的: 研究中药金铁锁中的化学成分。 方法: 利用葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20、硅胶、RP-18反相柱、中压等色谱方法进行化合物的分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质、光谱数据进行结构鉴定。 结果: 从中药金铁锁中分离得到两个环七肽成分,tunicyclin C (1)和tunicyclin K (2)。 结论: Tunicyclin K 为一个新的天然产物。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Psammosilene tunicoides. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified via silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, RP-18 column and MPLC. Their structures were identified on basis of spectral data and chemical methods. Result: Two cycloheptapeptides were isolated from the roots of P. tunicoides, tunicyclin C (1) and tunicyclin K (2). Conclusion: Tunicyclin K was a new natural product.
