| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨富血小板血浆应用于颌骨囊肿术后骨腔修复的临床效果。方法:将24例颌骨囊肿患者随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组:12例颌骨囊肿摘除后用自体富血小板血浆+可溶止血纱布充填;对照组:术后骨腔放置可溶止血纱布。观察术后6个月X线的变化。结果:术后6个月骨缺损区骨密度实验组优于对照组。结论:富血小板血浆的局部应用有利于颌骨囊肿术后骨腔修复。
