双料喉风散治疗Ⅱ°急性放射性皮炎的临床观察

目的:评价双料喉风散治疗急性放射性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将55例在放射治疗中出现Ⅱ°急性放射性皮炎的鼻咽癌患者随机分为2组:双料喉风散治疗组28例(治疗组),美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗组27例(对照组)。放射性皮炎分级根据RTOG放射性皮肤损伤分级标准进行临床评价。结果:治疗组和对照组创面平均愈合时间分别为(4.14±1.88)d和(11.96±4.04)d,2组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:双料喉风散对急性放射性皮炎有较高的疗效,明显缩短皮损的愈合时间。

Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Shuang-liao-hou-feng-san in Treating Ⅱ° Acute Radiodermatitis

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Shuangliaohoufengsan in the treatment of acute radiodermatitis. Methods: Fivty-five Ⅱ° acute radiodermatitis patients with nasopharyngenl carcinoma receiving radiotherapy were divided into two groups : treatment group 28 cases treated with Shuangliaohoufengsan and contrast group 27 cases treated with MEBO . Radiodermatitis’ degree were evaluated according to RTOG criteria . Results:The cure time of the acute and radioactivity skin trauma were(4.14±1.88) days and (11.96±4.04)days in reatment group and contrast group . There was significant difference between treatment group and contrast group(P <0.01). Conclusions: Shuangliaohoufengsan is excellence to treat acute radiodermatitis,obviously quickens cure of the skin trauma .
