| 摘 要： | 久病咳血的病因病机：肺肾两虚，阴虚火旺，肺脾气虚，气不摄血，瘀血内停，血溢脉外。分三型：肺肾两虚，阴虚火旺；治宜清热润肺，滋补肾阴；方用百合固金汤加减；肺脾气虚，气不摄血，治宜培土生金，补气摄血，方用六君子汤加减；瘀血内停，血溢脉外，治宜行气活血，祛瘀止血，方用血府逐瘀汤加减。

| Abstract: | The etiology and pathogenesis of chronic hemoptysis ： fire due to the deficiency of the lung - Yin and kidney -Yin. Failure of the deficient lung - Qi and spleen - Qi to control blood flowing within the vessels . Blood stasis lead to outward extravasation of blood . It can be treated in three methods according to syndrome differentiation ： nourishing lung - Yin and kidney - Yin to subdue the pathogenic fire, treated by Baihegujin tang ; strengthening earth to generate metal, treated by Liujunzi tang ; promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, treated by Xuefuzhuyu tang. |
