摘    要:本文应用圆盘电泳对五个地理株——福建建阳株、安徽泾县株、四川乐山株、贵州独山株和贵州荔波株周期型马来丝虫成虫的蛋白和七种酶进行了区带分析和比较。结果显示五个虫株的蛋白、PGM和PO同工酶电泳型没有差异;而MDH和GPI的同工酶电泳型出现了两种类型,即贵州省内的两个株与另外三个株不同;G6PD、EsT和LDH没有区带出现。

Abstract:Protein and isoenzyme electrophoretic patterns of phos phoglucomutase (PGM), glucose phosphate isomerase(GPI), glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PD), malate dehydrogenase(MDH), esterase(EST), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and peroxidase(PO) of five geographical strains (Jianyang Fujian Strain, Jingxian Anhui Strain, Leshan Sichuan Strain, Dushan Guizhou Strain and Libo Guizhou Strain)of adult periodic Brugia malayi were comparatively analysed by disc electrophoresis. No significant difference in protein and isoenzyme patterns of PGM and PO was observed among the five geographical strains. On the other hand, both MDH and GPI showed two different isoenzyme patterns, i. e, there existed obvious difference in MDH and GPI isoenzyme patterns between the two Guizhou strains and the other three ones. No band was found in the isoenzyme patterns of G6PD, EST and LDH.
